APPORTIONED

Apportioned plates are used for interstate vehicles (power or trailer) where the vehicle fees are "apportioned" between the states the vehicle does business in.  This class is renewed with new plates each year.

The following design, only used in 1995 (with a "95" sticker) and 1996 (embossed "96"), includes in the design a graphic 18-wheeler truck-tractor and trailer.  (The 18-wheeler design looks better on the plate than in the scan below.)
