Bus:  This class is for commercial passenger buses. 

The plate number format is, from left to right, the Alabama county codes prefix, the "Q" plate code and passenger capacity (in number of seats) code number, then the plate number.  The passenger capacity code numbers are as follows:

"Q1" = 1-5 seats
"Q2" = 6-10 seats
"Q3" = 11-15 seats
"Q4" = 16-20 seats
"Q5" = 21-40 seats
"Q6" = over 40 seats
