Passenger: This class is for standard personal passenger vehicles.  Beginning in 1992, stickers with the first digit of the year (the "9" in "92" or the "0" in "05") printed in opposite colors are for Anchorage and Fairbanks cars that are not operated in the wintertime (November through April).  For example, the standard "05" sticker is black/white.  "05" stickers that have a white "0" in a black rectangle are for non-winter Anchorage and Fairbanks cars.

The following design was to recognize the centennial of the Alaskan gold rush.  It comes in two types: with and without the stickerwells in the top corners.
