DEALER, USED CAR

Used car dealer: This class is for private dealers of used cars.  The "M" prefix is the "master" plate, or the first plate the dealer gets.  All of the dealer's plates after the first plate, the dealer's "extra" plates, have the "Ex" prefix (yes, lower case "x").  This class follows previous years' "dealer" plates.  New and used car dealers were previously classified together, but in mid-1996 were separated and appropriately re-labeled at the bottom of the plate.
