SEMI-TRAILER (intrastate)

Semi-trailer ("ST" plate code):  This class is for semi-trailers that are operated within the state and has a validation period of fiscal year beginning July 1st and ending June 30th, therefore, for example, "EXP. 6-30-96" has a valid period of July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996.  The colors changed with each new fiscal year plate:

"EXP. 6-30-96" (black/metallic dark orange) mint $1.00

"EXP. 6-30-97" (black/metallic dark yellow) mint $1.00
