I have a number of booster plates.  To make it easier so that it doesn't take you forever to download my pages, I've split them up into different pages.  A couple of states I have a number of boosters from and I've given them their own pages.  The rest of the states will be found on the "other states" page:

All boosters are $1.00 each.  Shipping & handling for sales of only booster plates is $2.00 for the first plate and an additional 35¢ for each plate after the first plate, to a maximum of $6.50 for Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope.  When ordering, please give the five-digit number next to the plate picture.

Booster plates are not real license plates for registration purposes, even though they are the shape of license plates.  Frequently they are simply advertisements, such as for car dealerships, but many times people just fill the space on the front of the car when the state only issues one plate for the back.  I would say about half of the states only issue one plate, such as Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, and others.  Car owners then like to put on the front anything that they want.  I've seen sports teams, colleges and universities, rock 'n roll bands, state flags, the brand of car they are driving, and so on.  I've even heard a story many years ago where someone put a real license plate of another state on the front of the car, and it was legal!  Car dealerships will put their own advertising booster plates on the cars they are selling prior to the car getting it's real plate.  The idea is that the purpose is to "boost" popularity of whatever they want to promote.
