1997 large peach "...on my mind" passenger  base: This design began in 1997 with a 1998 expiration, the "98" being screened into the bottom right stickerwell.  The county of issue appears at the bottom of the plate in the form of a sticker.

2004 "www.GEORGIA.gov" BASE:  This design began in 2004 with a 2005 expiration, the "05" being screened into the bottom right stickerwell.  The county of issue appears at the bottom of the plate in the form of a sticker.
