2007 white/blue base:  This design was introduced in 2007 (screened "08" expiration) and preceded the white/blue base by a year.  This flat style white/blue design is somewhat similar to the standard passenger plate, except for the stylized waving flag at the bottom and the "A/A 0000" plate number format. The renewal year sticker is the same as for the standard passenger and continues to have the plate number imprinted on it.  Vehicle owners are also given a small county number sticker to place in the bottom right corner of the plate.
