1994 wheat base:  The following design began in 1994 (screened "95" expiration in stickerwell) and features shafts of wheat in the center of the plate.  The universal wheelchair symbol at the left.  In the top left corner is sometimes placed a sticker with the two-letter county code (see county code page) and it comes in two different sizes.  Handicapped plates are all numeric.

2001 state capitol building base:  The following design began in 2001 (screened "02" expiration in stickerwell) and features a graphic design of the state's capitol building.  The universal wheelchair symbol at the left.  In the top left corner is sometimes placed a sticker with the two-letter county code (see county code page).  Handicapped plates are all numeric.
