1993 fading blue base:  The following "fading blue" design was introduced in 1993 (1994 sticker) and ran through 1996 (1997 sticker).  The handicapped plate number format was either "DB A0A0" or "DB AA00", with the universal wheelchair symbol separating the "DB" and the plate number.  The county name was embossed at the bottom.

1997 large magnolia flower base:  The following "large magnolia flower" design was introduced in 1997 ("98" expiration sticker) and ran through 2002 ("03" expiration sticker).  The handicapped plate number format was all numeric with the universal wheelchair symbol separating the stacked "D/B" and the plate number.  The county name was embossed at the bottom.

2003 small magnolia flower base:  The following "small magnolia flower" design was introduced in 2002 ("03" expiration sticker).  The handicapped plate number format was "A0000" with a stacked "D/B" to the left of the universal wheelchair symbol.  The county name was embossed at the bottom.

2007 Biloxi Lighthouse base:  This base was issued beginning in late 2007 ("08" expiration sticker) and honors the Biloxi Lighthouse which survived Hurricane Katrina in 2005.  The plate number format continued with the "A0000" plate number format with a stacked "D/B" to the left of the universal wheelchair symbol.  The county name continued to be embossed at the bottom.
