1993 fading blue base:  The following "fading blue" design was introduced in 1993 (1994 sticker) and ran through 1996 (1997 sticker).  The handicapped plate number format was "DB A0A0" with the universal wheelchair symbol separating the "DB" and the plate number.  The county name was embossed at the bottom.

1997 large magnolia flower base:  The following "large magnolia flower" design was introduced in 1997 (1998 sticker) and ran through 2002 (2003 sticker).  The handicapped plate number format was "DB A0A0" with the universal wheelchair symbol separating the stacked "DB" and the plate number.  The county name was embossed at the bottom.
