PASSENGER, 2002 SMALL MAGNOLIA FLOWER BASE

Passenger:  Up to 1975 (embossed "76" expiration), Mississippi issued yearly plates.  Starting with the 1976 bicentennial base (screened "'77" expiration), Mississippi has issued multiyear plates that are renewed with a sticker.  Periodically, the state has issued a new design and replaced everyone's plate.  Because Mississippi county codes the plates, the pages can get enormous to download.  I have a large selection of counties on different bases, so beginning with the 1987 white "1AAA000" plate, I have split the pages into the following bases, each being a link to my website page of that type:

2002 small magnolia flower base:  The following "small magnolia flower" design was introduced in 2002 ("03" expiration sticker).  The passenger plate number format was "000 AAA" with the county name embossed at the bottom.
