Dealer: These plates are issued to dealers of automobiles.  The plate number format is the letter "D" (for dealer), followed by the dealer number, and the number plate, as counted by the letter(s).  For example, plate number "D4747-E" means the fifth plate for dealer #4747, after the master plate, which would be plate number "D4747"

1998 graphic base:  This design began in 1998, had a screened December expiration in the lower left corner of the plate and a screened "98" expiration box in the lower right corner of the plate.  Subsequent renewal stickers were placed over the "98".
