Mobile home - This class plate was for use on manufactured housing, or mobile homes

In 1973, the license plate manufacturing plant in the prison in Oklahoma suffered major damage in 1973.  As a result, 1974 plates were not produced.  Instead, the 1973 plate was renewed with a sticker labeled "HSE-TL".  In 1975, Oklahoma's license plate production was contracted out to the Illinois prison manufacturing.  These Illinois made plates used the same plate number dies as those used for Illinois plates.

Debossed "81" base:  This base has an unpainted debossed "81" in the top right stickerwell and was renewed with year stickers.
