Sample
plates: In the "old days", these plates were produced by
states to be provided to law enforcement agencies in other states to
familiarized those agencies of the state's plates. Eventually, the
state found the plates to be good for sales to collectors. Prices are next to each plate.
All plates are mint, unless otherwise noted. When ordering, just
