APPORTIONED

Apportioned plates are used for interstate vehicles (power or trailer) where the vehicle fees are "apportioned" between the states the vehicle does business in.

The following plates have "APPOR. COMBINATION", red on a yellow sticker, at the bottom.  Apportioned combination means the truck-tractor and trailer combined.
