1986 blue/white farm scene graphic:  This design began in 1986 ("87" expiration sticker) and included a graphic farm scene at the top right of the plate.

1987 large die red/white farm scene graphic:  This design began in 1987 ("88" expiration sticker) and is the second version of the design that included a graphic farm scene at the top right of the plate first introduced in 1986.  This version is the same as the first version, except that the plate number is in red.  There was concern that the blue plate numbered plate in the first version looked too similar to the Illinois plate of the time, so the plate numbers were changed to red shortly after the first version began.  This type began at "BAA-000".

1995 small die red/white farm scene graphic:  This design began in 1995 ("96" expiration sticker) and is the third version of the design that included a graphic farm scene at the top right of the plate first introduced in 1986.  This version is the same as the second version, except that the plate number dies are smaller.  This type began at "NME-000".

2001 (red/reflective white) vg $3.00 "SLW-612" (12139)

2000 black/white farm scene graphic:  This design is the fourth version of the design that included a graphic farm scene at the top right of the plate first introduced in 1986.  This version began the "000-AAA" plate number configuration and has a larger "WISCONSIN" at the top right in red and the plate numbers in black.
